Gilllian Nanton, the President and CEO of The Advisory Group, Inc. has twenty years experience working on economic, social, cultural and environmental development issues.   She was a former United Nations Resident Coordinator and Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Jamaica.  Prior to this she served as Chief of the Caribbean Division in UNDP, New York and Assistant to the Executive Director (Canada/Caribbean) at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. Gillian Nanton is a published author and has presented several papers on subjects related to development.

The Board of Directors of The Advisory Group, Inc. has combined, over eighty years experience on development matters and the non-profit arena.
